2. Visiting the website (server log files)

When you access this website, the hosting provider automatically processes technical data in so-called server log files: IP address, date and time of access, page accessed, amount of data transferred, as well as the browser and operating system used.

This processing serves the secure and stable operation of the website. The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The log files are automatically deleted after a short time.

The website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. (512 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA) as a processor. Any transfer to the USA takes place on the basis of appropriate safeguards (EU Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

3. Getting in touch

If you contact us by email or phone, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, phone number, content of your enquiry) in order to respond to your request and, where applicable, to organise a workshop place.

The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (initiation or performance of a contract) as well as our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The data is deleted as soon as it is no longer required for the purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.

4. Fonts

This website uses the fonts "Cormorant Garamond" and "Jost". The font files are hosted locally on our server and loaded directly from this website. No connection is made to third-party servers (such as Google) and your IP address is not transmitted to any third party.

5. No cookies, no tracking

This website does not set any cookies for analytics or marketing purposes, uses no tracking or analytics tools, and sends no newsletter.

6. Social media

The website contains a link to the Instagram profile. Only when you click it are you redirected to the platform; the privacy policy of the respective provider then applies.

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to access (Art. 15), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20), and a right to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). To exercise these, an informal message to the contact details above is sufficient.

8. Right to complain

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority. The competent authority in Belgium is the Data Protection Authority (Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit / Autorité de protection des données):
